The upper floor of this luxury Nevis vacation villa rental has a loft style apartment feel.  It comprises a well equipped modern kitchen and vaulted sitting room with shutters that open fully to allow the Caribbean breeze to flow through. A huge glass sliding door opens onto a spacious deck with a large swimming pool and panoramic views of the Caribbean sea and St Kitts and Mount Nevis. There is plenty of outdoor furniture for everyone to relax (or 'lime' as the locals say) either by the pool or in the shade of our deep porches. The sitting room leads to the master bedroom furnished in an Indonesian style with a king sized four poster bed.  Adjoining, is a large bathroom with a spa bath tub as well as a walk in shower.

The lower floor comprises a bathroom, 2 further bedrooms with kingsize beds and shutters which open onto Caribbean ocean views.

All Bedrooms have A/C and the property has WIFI.

A large Weber BBQ Grill is available for guests to use.

Hairdryers and beach towels are provided. 

Our house manager will arrange airport transfers and meet you on arrival in Nevis and take you to the house.

Car hire is essential to enjoy all that the island has to offer and can be prebooked for you in advance.

Initial grocery shopping can also be arranged for your arrival.

Housekeeping is provided twice a week.
