TooMuchNice is ideally situated to enjoy all that the island has to offer:

The nearest beach, Chrishi, is a 2 minute drive from the house or a 10 minute walk.  There are other fabulous beaches around the island within easy reach. Oualie, a lovely child friendly beach with watersports facilities is less than a 5 minute drive, or in  less than 10 minutes, Paradise, Nisbet or Pinneys (a 3 mile stretch of sand and location of the Four Seasons resort).  On the Atlantic side of the island, you will find more windswept and remote beaches such as Windward, great for exploring, walking and beachcombing.  It only takes around 40 minutes to drive around the whole island, no where is too far on Nevis! 

In the small capital of Charlestown, reached in a 15 minute drive from the house, there are 2 good supermarkets selling a wide range of produce as well as a market selling fresh fruit and vegetables.  There is also a small grocery store, Mansas, very close to the house which sells locally grown produce as well as local roadside sellers en route to Charlestown.

There are many restaurants nearby from  beach bars serving freshly cooked food, Chrishi, The Gin Trap, Indian Summer (5 minute drive) or Double Deuce, Lime, Turtle Time  (10 minute drive) to more upscale options also within an easy reach: Golden Rock, Montpelier, Nisbet and Four Seasons resort.

Although Nevis is a small island, it offers a wide range of tourist activities, depending on age range and your interest.  There are historical sites, nature (including guided walks in the rainforest, hikes up Nevis Peak, Botanical gardens visits), water sports eg kayaking, windsurfing, scuba diving , daysailing, fishing , bike hire and of course its  beautiful uncrowded beaches.    For further information, please click on this link: www.nevisisland.com
