Rental Rates

Rental rates quoted are fully inclusive and include all power, twice weekly maid service, pool and garden maintenance.  On arrival a house security deposit of $250US is payable in cash to our property manager.  This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, providing no damage has been done to the property. 

$55 per night per additional guest  

Maximum 6 guests

Minimum stay 7 nights

Saturday to Saturday bookings unless otherwise arranged

Discounts available for stays over 2 weeks

Deposit

50% of total rental is payable to secure your booking.   The balance is due 4 weeks prior to departure.
